If you add overrides to children (leaf-level) items, this action overrides the parent. 

  1. Use the top dropdowns to set the:
    • Month and year
    • Forecast scenario 
  2. You can review previous year, current year, forecast revenue, and gross margin targets based on override adjustments by region. 

Review Targets by Departments Comparison

  1. Use the top dropdowns to set the:
    • Global region or country
    • Month and year
    • Forecast scenario 
  2. You can also compare revenue and gross margin against the annual operating plan (AOP).
    You have the same view as the first grid, except by region. 
  3. You can review revenue and gross target results in the chart on the right.

Color key 

  • Green means positive
  • Yellow means no significant change
  • Red means negative

This applies to two columns in the grid: AOP vs Revenue Target % and AOP vs GM Target %.
