This page enables you to manage blank list items for use in various parts of the model.

Manage the number of blank list items created for product related and other lists. You can set:

  • The default number of items to be created for each list.
  • A threshold where automatic update of lists is required. The number of items currently in use (populated) is used to determine if the threshold is exceeded. Where it is, the list is flagged to be updated.

To update product-related list details in the first table:

Alternate NameEnter a secondary name, if applicable. Double click the cell to edit the name.

In the second table:

    1. Enter value for location in Specific Location #.
    2. Select checkbox in Create? to flag the location record for creating empty placeholders.

After updating the values in both tables, select either the Create Product Lists or Create All Lists to generate empty placeholders for customers in 110 – Product Chaining.

To update other list details in the table:

  1. Enter number of list items to be created in #Records.
  2. Enter a percentage value in Target Threshold % to set a threshold where automatic update of lists is required. 
  3. Enter a secondary name in Alternate Name, if applicable. Double click to edit the field.
  4. Select Create Other Lists

The new placeholders are only created if the previous ones have been used. For example, if there are already five unused placeholders existing, the create process if selected won't create an additional five placeholders.
