S0.05a Load data hub departments

Use this page to map source departments to planning departments.

To load source and planning departments, select Refresh departments.

You can either map a source department to a planning department, or multiple-source departments to a planning department.

Use the second grid on the page to map to a current planning department, or create a new planning department. 

In the second grid, use the dropdowns in the Map to column to select an department.

In the second grid, 

1. Enter the new department name in the column Planning deparment name.
2. Enter the new department code in the column Planning department code.
3. Select the Create departments button at the bottom-left of the page.

1. Select Export template to download the template.
2. Select Import template to upload your completed template to Anaplan.
3. If the template has new planning departments, select the Create departments button at the bottom-left.

You must map all departments before you exit this page. Unmapped items are skipped in the planning hierarchy.
