S0.06 Load entities

To load entities, refresh the source and planning entities, map the entities, and then create entities.

To refresh source and planning entities, select Refresh entities.

You can either map a source entity to a planning entity, or multiple-source entities to a planning entity.

You can map to a current planning entity or create a new planning entity. 

In the second grid, use the dropdowns in the Map to column to select an entity.

1. Enter the new entity name in the column Planning entity name.
2. Enter the new entity code in the column Planning entity code.
3. Select the Create entity button at the bottom-left of the page.

1. Select Export template to download the template.
2. Select Import template to upload your completed template to Anaplan.
3. If the template has new planning entities, select the Create entity button on the bottom left.

You must map all entities before you exit this page. Unmapped items are skipped in the planning hierarchy.
