The Consensus module enables multi-user planning collaboration to make informed decisions, and create a final Consensus Plan at product-customer level. It provides the ability to plan in unit volumes, resulting in output plans in both volume and financial terms.
The key components of the Consensus module are:
- Consensus Planning: Allows you to create a consensus plan in the local currency, based on the country of the customer. Additionally, you can review the various input plans, select the basis for the final plan, and apply final adjustments.
- Demand Scenario Comparison: Enables you to compare and analyze different demand scenarios against each other.
- Constrained Supply Allocation: Enables you to allocate supply constrained to customer demand.
- Consensus Planning Dashboard: Displays a summary of the consensus plan.
