The Baselines: Commercial and Collaborative section enables you to define the standard configuration, and provide options for the basis of the commercial and collaborative plans.
The key components of the Baselines: Commercial and Collaborative section are:
- Commercial Planning - Units & ROS: Displays a graphical view of several commercial plan inputs for Rate of Sale (ROS) drivers. You can create and manage a commercial plan by inputting unit volumes or rate-of-sale drivers.
- Commercial Planning - Manage Historic ROS: Displays insights into the management of historic return on sales (ROS) on a week-by-week basis. You can manually input historic store counts to calculate the historic rate of sales.
- Commercial Planning - 2nd Tier: Allows you to manage a commercial plan using sell-in/sell-thru inputs. You can forecast the sell-through that translates into a sell-in, through simple inventory assumptions.
- Commercial Planning Dashboard: Displays a summary of the commercial plan. This includes the history of forecast, profitability, and the final ROS against system forecast values.
- Collaborative Planning: Allows you to build a demand plan based upon a range of events. Multiple teams can contribute to and create an accurate plan based on product and customer.
