This section provides the brief overview and summary of the Demand Planning app. It showcases various KPI details and enables you to set and review alerts and exceptions for product and customers at various demand planning stages.
The key components of the Demand Planning Overview and Summary section are:
- Demand Alert Summary: This page helps you understand a summary of the demand alerts based upon the performance of a range of KPIs throughout the app.
- Demand Alerts and Exceptions: Allows you to review the performance of all KPIs and manage the product x customer prioritization. The exception filtering is done based on customer, product, prioritization, and ranking.
- KPI Detail: Understand the definition and performance of each KPI for an individual product x customer combination. The performance of a KPI is calculated based on the score. 100 prioritization points are distributed across all the KPIs. A higher score calls for a more closer look at performance.
- Demand Alerts and Exceptions Workflow - Customer: This page allows you to review the exceptions and alerts for each customer against the demand plan. The percentage of customers is given the prioritization of Very High, High, Medium, Low, or Item Reviewed, with each category color coded according to their prioritization level (red, yellow, or green).
- Demand Alerts and Exceptions Workflow - Product: Enables you to review the exceptions and alerts for each product against the demand plan. The percentage of products is given the prioritization of Very High, High, Medium, Low, or Item Reviewed, with each category color coded according to their prioritization level (red, yellow, or green).
