Update optimized production plan and view the resulting exceptions.

The 270 – Post-Optimizer production adjustments page enables you to modify optimized volumes and review any exceptions that occurred due to the manual adjustments. It ensures that optimized plans are feasible and aligned with the dynamic production requirements.

Any / all exceptions are displayed in the BOM Shortages and Resource over capacity tables when you manually adjust production volumes.

Use the context selector dropdowns at the top of the page to select a production scenario, plant location, and product, process, or raw material.

Enter manual adjustment value in Optmized Volumes in the Input and Review Manual Production Adjustments table to adjust production volumes manually and review them.

Any additional production due to bi-products is displayed in Additional Bi-products created.

Note: When making manual adjustments, the primary process must be defined to make any changes.

Select Delete all manual prod adjs to delete all values added to manually adjust production volumes.

Select Refresh exceptions to update various linked processes.

Manually defined production volume is automatically unallocated to demand and appears in the Excess Supply report.
