View missed demand caused by resource shortages at a manufacturing unit.
The 397 – Missed Demand Due to Resource page enables you to identify and address the impact of resource shortages on meeting customer demands. You can analyze the affect of resource shortages on sales and customer satisfaction. This helps you manage your resources and supplier relationships to minimize future disruptions.
Use the context selector dropdowns at the top right of the page to select a production scenario, demand type, and product or process type.
Specify a Periods to Display value in the left hand panel to set the time period for data displayed in the charts and table.
- UnMet Demand table: Represents the weekly volume of unmet customer demand for a product, customer, and plant combination.
- First dual-axis bar chart: The bar chart represents Total Production Capacity Required, while the line chart represents Capacity Limit – Regular and Capacity Limit – Overtime in different time periods.
- Second bar chart: The bar chart shows volume produced by a process at a manufacturing plant in different time periods.
Note: Use legends to view information for any week. Select a legend to show its details in the chart. Hover the cursor over a chart legend to display the legend's values in the chart. Hover the cursor over the data curve to display the data point values.
