View the storage facility capacity required for a production plan.
The 315.5 – Storage Facilities Required page enables you to manage the storage and flow of materials efficiently. It provides a basis to analyze storage utilization and capacity available and required.
Use the context selector dropdown at the top of the page to select a product, location, and a production scenario.
Specify a Periods to Display value in the left hand panel to set the time period for data displayed in the charts and table.
- First dual-axis bar and line chart: The bar chart represents the storage capacity required, while the line charts represent storage capacity available and capacity utilization %.
- Second bar chart: It represents utilization of storage space by different products in different time periods.
- Table: It shows volumes of storage capacity required and available, and capacity utilization %.
Select or un-select Critical resource filter to show or hide critical resource details from the page.
Note: Use legends to view information for any week. Select a legend to show its details in the chart. Hover the cursor over a chart legend to display the legend's values in the chart. Hover the cursor over the data curve to display the data point values.
Additional information
When you make modifications to a page or any associated pages in the app, these changes might not automatically update across related processes or scenarios.
Select Run Optimizer to integrate these changes and ensure consistency and accuracy across all pages. The display is updated to show the most current results based on the changes made. When you run the Optimizer, the updated data is copied to the respective processes of the selected scenario.
