Review the resource capacity, both regular and overtime, required in a production plan.
The 315 – Resource Capacity Required page enables you to optimize production processes while maintaining workforce wellbeing. It provides a basis to track resource capacity type, both regular and overtime, and the total production capacity required.
Use the context selector dropdown at the top of the page to select a production process, location, and a production scenario.
Specify a Periods to Display value in the left hand panel to set the time period for data displayed in the charts and table.
- First bar chart: It represents period-wise regular and overtime capacity limits, and the total production capacity required.
- Second bar chart: It represents period-wise resource capacity for each production process.
- Table: It shows volumes of current and forecast production orders, resource capacity available and required, and percentage of capacity usage for each period.
Select Critical resource filter to display only details of resources set as critical by you.
Note: Use legends to view information for any week. Select a legend to show its details in the chart. Hover the cursor over a chart legend to display the legend's values in the chart. Hover the cursor over the data curve to display the data point values.
Additional information
When you make modifications to a page or any associated pages in the app, these changes might not automatically update across related processes or scenarios.
Select Run Optimizer to integrate these changes and ensure consistency and accuracy across all pages. The display is updated to show the most current results based on the changes made. When you run the Optimizer, the updated data is copied to the respective processes of the selected scenario.
